Registration will be open at the Henry MILLIARD racecourse from Tuesday 22rd to Friday 25th August 2023 from 9am to 6pm and Saturday 26th August 2023 from 9am to 12pm

The withdrawal of race numbers will take place at the Henry MILLIARD racecourse from Tuesday 22rd to Friday 25th August 2023 from 9am to 6pm continuously and on Saturday 26th August 2023 from 9am to 12pm.

IMPORTANT, for timed races (Marathon, Half-Marathon, 10km):

Presentation of a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of athletics in competition less than one year old on 27 August 2023.

For online registration, the following three formats are accepted: PDF, JPEG or PNG.

The Challenge "Agnés Bernard" is exempt from certificates or licences.

A parental authorization is required for minors.

Created in 1983 on the initiative of our Japanese friends from TACHIKAWA, the New Caledonia International Marathon takes place during the southern winter under ideal weather conditions. This year, the course has been modified, following the works at Anse Vata, the start and finish are still at the racecourse, the loops will be done on the Pierre Vernier promenade.

Each participant of the Marathon, the Half Marathon, the Tokuyama 10 km and the Challenge Agnès BERNARD will receive a T-shirt and a number at the registration and a medal at the finish.

The course

This map should help you to prepare your race by locating the kilometre points as well as the refreshment stations, the showers and the aid stations.

THE RACE

We offer 3 timed races and one non-timed event to choose from:

The Mobil New Caledonia Marathon (42,195 km) for 20 year olds and above, starting at 7:00 am

The New Caledonia Mobil Half Marathon (21.1 km) for 18 years and older, start at 7:00 am

The TOKUYAMA 10km from 16 years old, start at 08h00

At 10:00 am, the "Agnès BERNARD" Challenge (up to 1.5 km) for 7 to 13 year olds. Races are held by age group without ranking and all children are rewarded. This challenge was created in 2011 following the death of Agnès BERNARD, a member of the organising committee for more than ten years, who, in accordance with her wishes, made a donation to COMINC to encourage the development of effort in general and running in particular.

Two large free parking will be available just in front of the Racecourse but you must arrive before 6.30AM as traffic was very limited after this time.

The start area is located in BLÉRIOT Street, just in front of the entrance to the hippodrome.

Washrooms are at your disposal under the stands.

This year, a new route was drawn and measured.

Supplies

Every 5 km, mineral water, dry raisins, oranges and bananas are available in addition to your personal drinks.

Shower

Two shower stations shall be placed on the course.

Timing

A clock will give you your final arrival time. Bibs must be visible on the chest, not wrinkled, not folded

Aid stations

Placed on arrival and each half-turn, an emergency station is ready to intervene.
